Banna super white washed kaolin
1\  This kaolin belongs to the airslake eluvial ore deposit, which is formed by the host rock-alaskite after its weathering. The colour is mainly pure white and clean white, and its mineral ingredient is mainly kaolin, quartz and a kind of typical tubular kaolin;
2\  The biggest characteristics of the products are: High aluminum content; Low iron and titanium content; Good associativity; Good fired whiteness & good transmittance; Good fluidity.
3\ The control scope of product quality(%):

The total shrinkage: 18%~22%
Fired whiteness(1300 Centidegree ) ¡Ý93%
Moisture content¡Ü20%

Attention:
(1)This product does not add any chemical brightener.
(2)This product is most suitable for the production of high-grade daily-use porcelain and bone China.
(3)It would be better to have it burned under oxidizing flame, because the whiteness will be affected if sintering temperature is too low, lower than 1250 Centidegree.
(4)The sintering scope of this product is at 1280 ~ 1330 Centidegree, and the best sintering temperature is 1310 Centidegree.
