It has a large kaolin mine area located in the Menglong Town, Jinghong City and the mine is currently the rare high-quality kaolin mine in the domestic market. The total reserves are 3, 000, 000 tons, of which the exploitable amount of superior kaolin is more than 2, 000, 000 million tons. Annual production of water washed kaolin ore concentrate is over 30, 000 tons.
